By tailoring support based on actual usage, we offer custom support plans that are cost-efficient, allowing you to pay only for the support you need.

    Get Peace of Mind with our AfterCare Support Packages

    Our AfterCare package provides you with peace of mind and protects your investment in your website or application. Our friendly, experienced team are here to help you make the most of your website or web app. Our support package includes:

    • Telephone support 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays)
    • 24 hr online Helpdesk at gecko.zendesk.com
    • Quick and responsive investigation of issues
    • Fixing website or app bugs
    • Expert jargon-free advice
    • Dealing with 3rd parties on your behalf (optional)
    • Security patches (excludes platform upgrades)
    • Proactive website monitoring (if your site is in trouble, we’re the first to know)

    What isn’t included in our Support Packages?

    We promise to investigate any website or app issue you may be experiencing, but sometimes the problem lies elsewhere and we are unable to fix these. Examples of these types of issues include:

    • Emails - e.g. problems with your spam filters or loss of historic data
    • External user settings e.g. custom browser setting issues and having Javascript turned off
    • Unsupported web browsers
    • Unauthorised users accessing your site or web app
    • Self-hosted sites e.g. servers going down or cyber attacks
    • Fixing issues with any 3rd party software
    • Bandwidth issues and downtime caused by your Internet Service Provider or Network
