Previously operating under the one umbrella, DM Property was ready to evolve by creating a new stand-alone website, complete with a new brand design.
The first step in our design process was to carry out research into the Edinburgh property market and see where DM Property wanted to position themselves.
We then produced a Brand Development presentation, which we used to allow DM Property to visualise how our suggested brand ideas would look in the real world.
We opted to use blue and green as the main colours of the branding so as to retain the relationship with the existing Drummond Miller brand. However the darker shade of blue and vibrant green offer a more contemporary feel.
Born through the concept of 'delivering more', we created a striking logo that manages to seamlessly blend with the existing Drummond Miller brand.
We've designed and created a whole suite of new icons to use across the site, which can also be used in infographics and other shareable media.
As part of the launch plan, we've produced a number of designs for the company to use on printed materials, including bus adverts, billboards, for sale boards and window displays.
The new site was built using our extremely user friendly Umbraco 7 framework. Having previously been built using Umbraco 4, we have been able to introduce almost endless amounts of new features and functions.
As part of the development process, we integrated with a 3rd party cloud-based Estate Agency management system, which Drummond Miller Property use to upload property listings to their website.
