What isn’t included?
We promise to investigate any website or app issue you may be experiencing, but sometimes the problem lies elsewhere, so we’re not able to fix it. Examples of these types of issues include:
- Emails - e.g. problems with your spam filters or loss of historic data
- External user settings e.g. custom browser setting issues and having Javascript turned off
- Unsupported browsers - please note we will not be supporting Internet Explorer 8 from the end of 2015
- Bandwidth issues and downtime caused by your Internet Service Provider or Network
- Unauthorised users accessing your site or web app
- Self-hosted sites e.g. servers going down or cyber attacks
- Fixing issues with any 3rd party software
