What does Gecko’s Aftercare + service include?

  • Telephone support 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays)
  • 24 hr online Helpdesk at gecko.zendesk.com
  • Quick and responsive investigation of issues
  • Fixing website or app bugs
  • Expert jargon-free advice
  • Dealing with 3rd parties on your behalf
  • Security patches (excludes platform upgrades)
  • Proactive website monitoring (if your site is in trouble, we’re the first to know)

When you sign up to one of our monthly support packages, you’ll also receive the following benefits completely free:

What isn’t included?

We promise to investigate any website or app issue you may be experiencing, but sometimes the problem lies elsewhere, so we’re not able to fix it. Examples of these types of issues include:

  • Emails - e.g. problems with your spam filters or loss of historic data
  • External user settings e.g. custom browser setting issues and having Javascript turned off
  • Unsupported browsers - please note we will not be supporting Internet Explorer 8 from the end of 2015
  • Bandwidth issues and downtime caused by your Internet Service Provider or Network
  • Unauthorised users accessing your site or web app
  • Self-hosted sites e.g. servers going down or cyber attacks
  • Fixing issues with any 3rd party software
