What We Did

A simple, fresh design fully integrated with a bespoke internal CRM

With the help of the SU technical team, we successfully redesigned their website and integrated their customer database, whilst also harnessing the power of Umbraco along the way.

Design
Site Architecture
We began the project by working with SU's development team to understand how the site was going to be used in the future, allowing us to create a new site structure that would allow the site to grow and add new features, such as an online shop.
CMS Redesign
We delivered a newly designed responsive CMS that also takes over the role of booking holidays via the web including taking payments to Worldpay and interacting with the local database.
Dev
Umbraco Build
We built the website using our Umbraco 7 framework, an easy to use CMS that is feature rich and easy to use.
Database Integration
After building the site using our Umbraco 7 framework, we successfully integrated with their customer database as well as integrating Worldpay and Mailchimp.
Support
Zendesk Support
Following the launch of the new website, we have continued to provide support to SU Holidays through our Zendesk support system, providing them with peace of mind should any technical issue needs resolving.
