As an endowed charity who promote the healthy emotional and physical development of very early years children, Cattanach came to us to looking for a brand redesign that perfectly captures what they do.
The first step in our design process was to carry out research into other charity organisations and funding providers, giving us insight into the industry Cattanach operate in.
The aim of the new design was to express their brand through their four key values; Love, Integrity, Consideration and Hope. We kept these values at the forefront of our design process.
Born through the concept of strengthening relationships, we developed a new logo that represents the four key values whilst retaining their Scottish association.
We used a modern dress tartan as inspiration for the new brand colours. We incorporated four colours into the design, tying it together with Cattanach's four key values.
The strapline not only had to convey Cattanach's purpose, but it also had to compliment the logo aesthetically. 'Better Starts, 'Better Futures' ties in with the four values whilst also framing the logo perfectly.
We designed and developed new content pages for the website, as well as icons and infographics that help to convey the company's key messages.
We also designed print work for Cattanach, including posters, leaflets and other direct mail items.
Our design work extended to producing a range of business supplies, that included branded letterheads and business cards.
